paul reubens will be on 30 rock tonight and on dirt next week.  horray for pee-wee on tv!

lets go to new york...pronto!!! 

tonight letterman's celebrating his 25th anniversary on late night tv.  should be a good one.

there's actually a little snow on the ground here in fayetteville.  weird.

cool shirts for a good cause

what a great idea! 
for 25 bucks you can buy a cool t-shirt designed by a cool band for a good cause - clap your hands say yeah, rilo kiley, stars, and wolfmother have all designed tees...and my favorite: joseph arthur.
all the profits go to the artists' chairty of choice.  
sadly, no girl sized shirts at this time, but i emailed 'em to see if it was in the plans for the future.

EDIT: i got a response from the ybp people and this is what they have to say about girl shirts:

Thanks for your inquiry. Our t-shirts are unisex.. meaning, that if you order a smaller size, it will fit perfectly. If you ordered an xs, or a small, then i'm sure that it will fit properly. I hope this helps!

triangle waffle

when i drive into work i pass a series of billboards for a restaurant called triangle waffle...they read something like this:

Triangle Waffle

Jesus is Lord
100% Smoke Free
Closed Sunday

 
"ah, yes, id like the silver dollar pancake special...with bacon, scrambled eggs, wheat toast and hash browns.  oh, and can i get a side order of redemption with that please? hold the catholic guilt."
