what a great idea!
for 25 bucks you can buy a cool t-shirt designed by a cool band for a good cause - clap your hands say yeah, rilo kiley, stars, and wolfmother have all designed tees...and my favorite: joseph arthur.
all the profits go to the artists' chairty of choice.
sadly, no girl sized shirts at this time, but i emailed 'em to see if it was in the plans for the future.
EDIT: i got a response from the ybp people and this is what they have to say about girl shirts:
Hey Amber!
Thanks for your inquiry. Our t-shirts are unisex.. meaning, that
if you order a smaller size, it will fit perfectly. If you ordered an
xs, or a small, then i'm sure that it will fit properly. I hope this
helps!

Triangle Waffle
Exit 73
Jesus is Lord
100% Smoke Free
Closed Sunday
"ah, yes, id like the silver dollar pancake special...with bacon, scrambled eggs, wheat toast and hash browns. oh, and can i get a side order of redemption with that please? hold the catholic guilt."

from rob dickinson's myspace page -
"While we're busy setting up more tour dates, would you like more
insight on our friend Rob and the music he's been creating? 2007
brings "Better Know A Rob" - a Q&A section where you can ask a
question about song lyrics, shows, the Catherine Wheel and solo
albums, Porsches(!), etc. etc.! Feel free to post your questions as
a comment to this blog and once a week Rob will post an answer ("'Black
Metallic' was actually written about..."). In the meantime, don't
forget about the next few live gigs!"
i posted my question - 'if money and logistics weren't an issue, and you could put together the ultimate dream band to record and tour with, who would the members
of that band be?' i thought 'will you marry me' was probably a little too obvious.
ask rob your question here

ok. so apparently i have issues. big big issues. i cleaned my bathroom today. and not just a surface cleaning...i did the shower with soft scrub, washed the floor on my hands and knees, took out and organized everything out from under the sink...and thats where i discovered my problem. im the only girl in the house, and yet there are all these hair products...
oh, and thats not counting the 4 bottles of shampoo and conditioner that were in the shower. you know, the ones i actually use.
i also discovered 8 tubes of toothpaste, 9 new toothbrushes, 19 assorted bottles of perfume, 5 sticks of deodorant, 7 bottles of lotion, 9 disposable razors, 6 refills for a razor i don't use anymore and 3 straightening irons.
im ashamed of myself.
