at home blogging on a saturday night. lame-o. actually just taking a quick break from cleaning...im hosting a baby shower tomorrow for my friend kim...so things have got to be pretty. dont want other people to know that normally we live like total slobs. i think im cursed. turns out that rob dickinson is no longer playing the club in baltimore the weekend were there. which is half the reason we were going. and we already have damnwells tickets for friday night. it just seems kinda stupid to me to drive 5 hours in each direction to see an opening band. anybody know anything about these augustana characters who are headlining? we do have a couple options. we could drive 9 hours to see rob on friday night in brooklyn, and then catch the damnwells somewhere in pennsylvania i think on saturday night. or we could do the damnwells still on friday and drive to atlantic city and see nine inch nails on saturday. but we're seeing them on tuesday too. or we could drive to dc and do some sightseeing and shopping, which is probably the most likely plan of action. but now i dont get to see rob and im mad. so to all my detroiter friends going to the show on monday and pretty please take lots of pictures and dont forget any of the details.... and the bad luck continues: i got a summons for jury duty in the mail today for the end of april. am
